<li>In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.</li>
<li>We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.</li>
<li>Every sightseeing will depends on time</li>
<li>Unforeseen Expenses because of the weather conditions.</li>

<li>Any changes in state transport tax, it will directly effect on cost</li>
<li>The timings mentioned in Day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits, En route meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.</li>
<li>Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.</li>
<li>Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis &amp; No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.</li>

Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services &amp; amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.

<strong>Cancellation Policy:</strong>

<li>The package once booked is refundable and cancellable.</li>
<li>Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost</li>
<li>30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost</li>
<li>15 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost</li>
<li>0 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given</li>
<li>Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation</li>
